See out there, there are plates under ground. Most of you know that they create earthquakes. Me and my freind are trying to discover new ways to track the time, and place of the next earthquake, major, or minor. If we find away to do this we could all live a safer life. We need to find where the plates are now and where they plan to hit. We hope to find info on the web. We will write if we find out.
