Many, many reputable scientists and organizations have, by now, confirmed cold fusion exists. The energies achieved are still low, but are easily measured. A “hot-water” heater is not yet achieved, but the phenomenon does exist and produces excess heat. Some progress is beginning to be made in understanding the phenomenon. The innermost electron shell apparently participates in the nuclear reactions.
