Introduction:
Most respectfully I beg to state that my name is S.A.Talib and I live in
Karachi, Pakistan. I passed my intermediate in1995 but due to the bad
financial condition I could not continue my studies. I had an inclination
for research work from very beginning. I have spend about seven years of my
life in working on the atoms of Phosphorus(Red). I am the first person who
done the atomic repulsion. I have done the atomic repulsion of phosphorus
red the result of which became 100% successful. Sir I am not joking with
you and I am not interesting in wasting your time therefore on my
responsibility that I am challenging that I am ready to perform this
experiment on 1inch of copper case in front of you. I have done this whole
research work my self.
Mechanism of Launching Copper Case
I have stable very low level experiment on Copper’s one inch of Case. Let me
permit to explain the process of launching Copper’s one inch of Case. The
Copper Case has the Mass and Weight. Just like Phosphorus which you are
using as a propellant , which are also has Mass and Weight. When you will be
filled Phosphorus in to the Copper Case so the Copper Case’s mass and the
Phosphorus mass will be combine and same that Copper Case’s weight and
Phosphorus weight will also be combine. Now when the heat have to supply to
the Copper Case in which the Phosphorus has been filled the Phosphorus’s
atoms which are same charge , the repulsion has been started and the process
of heating are continue so the same action will be increased by the
Phosphorus atoms that are Repulsive Power will also be increased and the
Piston which is fitted in beyond to the Copper Case which function to
increase the reaction. When Energy’s Repulsive Power will cross limit
so such time the Energy will pushed the pressure on Piston and after the
pressure on Piston the Piston will fell down in the back side.
That the real fact the same Repulsive Energy (Half) is to be moved to
forward and half of the Repulsive Energy is to be moved to the back ward.
The back ward Repulsive Energy When struck to the Piston wall so half of the
back ward Repulsive Energy moved reflect toward forward and half of the back
ward Repulsive Energy pushed to the Piston backward. During the same the
Repulsive Energy becomes too much powerful, so that it finished the weight
of Copper Case and it travel the mass of Copper Case with the speed
of bullet or nearest to the speed of light)
Note:
Every person know that phosphorus red is using for burning of wood and for
other burning purpose but sir I have spend about seven years of my life on
researching on the atoms of phosphorus red and Sir now I am challenging
that I am ready to perform this experiment on 1inch of copper case in front
of you. Sir, all will say that phosphorus red has no power to fire copper
case with a speed of bullet. Sir I write to you that the repulsing energy of
phosphorus atoms will fire copper case with the speed of a bullet or nearest
to the speed of light. Sir, copper case is an atomic bullet which has no
mechanical mechanism. Sir, phosphorus atoms will fire the copper case with
the speed of bullet. Sir, the fact is that no body believes that the heavy
copper case could be fired with a speed of bullet. That is why I write to
you that I am the first man who takes such a big responsibility to perform
this experiment before you. Sir, I have no interest in joking or wasting
your valuable time that is why I gave address of my house. Sir, if you
publish this thing in your magazine you can write that I would be ready to
display the fact by experiment. Sir I am sending you my article in which I
have explained this thing in detail.

Mr. Talib: Thanks for the time you have spent to write up your work. I have great respect for someone who understands the scientific concept of reproducibility. The fact that you say you can reproduce the effect you observe makes your work a big step above many other inventors of revolutionary sources of power.
Carl Sagan once said, “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” Before you can claim a revolutionary new source of power like atomic repulsion, you must first eliminate other, less spectacular, possible explanations for your observations.
I believe it is very possible you have built a chemical solid-fueled rocket instead of an atomic repulsion device. My guess is that heating the copper provides energy to start a chemical reaction between the red phosphorous and some small amount of oxygen from the air that is contained inside it. This chemical reaction would cause the generation of a gas which, because of your using a metal piston to block the end of the copper tube containing the phosphorous, would very rapidly lead to a build-up of gas pressure. When this gas pressure level overcomes the friction between the copper and the metal piston, the copper rocket would then “pop off” the piston to relieve this gas pressure.
There are several ways you could disprove my hypothesis. You could try your experiment in a vaccuum jar where there is no oxygen, although ensuring the red phosphorous has no oxygen naturally mixed in with it would be difficult. You could try your experiment with a smaller and smaller diameter metal piston with a looser and looser fit. This should reduce any high level of gas pressure buildup and so should reduce the range of the rocket when it goes off to a greater extent than you would observe if atomic repulsion were acting against the piston. Finally, you could perform your experiment in a sealed container and somehow check the gas inside for evidence of rocket exhaust gases after a test run. Perhaps merely sniffing the surrounding air after an experiment run would reveal odors indicating rocket exhaust instead of atomic repulsion. But be careful in performing such smell tests; phosphorous fumes can be damaging to your nasal and lung linings!
Please continue your efforts to advance science. Learning English as well as you have and continuing your experimental efforts after financial difficulties halted your education shows intelligence, curiosity and determination. Your life and your country can only benefit if you continue to display these traits. Good luck to you.

Thank you for your email response. You asked about my education and the places I have worked. I have two B. A. degrees, one in Mathematics and one in Physics, from the University of Tennessee. I also hold two graduate (Masters) degrees from MIT, one in aerospace engineering and the other in a special program there called interdisciplinary science where I specialized in remote sensing from satellites. Money for my education came from working in restaurants in my hometown of Cleveland, Tennessee, royalties from several books I co-authored with my friend Sylvia Engdahl; and bank loans which I repaid after I was employed. I have worked in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on the U.S. Government nuclear program; in Denver, Colorado on a “Star Wars” type program, and for the past 15 years in Huntsville, Alabama on various NASA / U.S. Army space and rocket programs. I have been fortunate to have work-related travel all around America and also abroad to Germany and Russia on various space projects. In Space How I Relate This Experiment to “Mass Energy Relation”.
If you please consider to my experiment, so you can understand that
in this
experiment there is one Copper Case and other is Phosphorus Red which
you
are using as a propellant.
When you take Copper Case ( in which Phosphorus Red is filled) in
space, so
the weight of Copper Case and the weight of Phosphorus Red will be
finished
and only the mass of Copper Case and the mass of Phosphorus Red will
be
remained. When you heat this Copper Case (in which Phosphorus Red is
filled)
so the whole mass of Phosphorus Red will be converted in to Energy.
The
Relation will be developed in between Energy and the Mass of Copper
Case at
that time, which has been called “Mass Energy Relation”.
And this Energy will take the Mass of Copper Case with the speed of

You are welcome to write me anytime, but I must tell you I have no real help I can give you for your efforts other than publishing what you have sent me. Also, I advise that you do not get your personal hopes up too high about your work. What you are doing is interesting as a personal project but I think the chances it will be of value to professional scientists and technology companies is low if it in fact is a solid fueled rocket. These individuals have already optimized solid rocket technology to a very high level and your work will very likely not seem original or an improvement to them. However, I could be wrong.

Sir, this is my Third article on “Environmental Science”.
The Environmental Pollution is one of the most terrible problems in
whole of
the world. In my ;point of view if you want to make the environment
pure in
a natural way, Oak tree should be grown in great numbers. One oak
tree gives
about 680 litre of water daily to the atmosphere due to which amount
of
oxygen in the atmosphere is increased. The released Oxygen [O] from
the
stomata of the leaves when combines with the Oxygen Gas (O2) in the
presence
of sunlight Ozone (O3) comes into existence. Equation is as follows:
[O]+O2+Sunlight=O3
(Oxygen from Stomata)+ (Oxygen gas in atmosphere) =
(Ozone)
Due to this reason Ozone where the oak tree are grown will be found
in
abundance and therefore the level of pollution will be reduced too
much. The
level of moisture at the place will also increase. The climate will
become
cloudy and the temperature of the atmosphere will also decrease and
therefore rain fall will increase in such areas.

The natural reasons of creating sutures according to my opinion:
In case there are no gaps between these bones of Skull , they will be

to each other and that will be called a single bone.
As you know that in Physics “Center of Gravity” is called
that point where
all the weight of body exerts.
When bones are joined to each other they will be called a single bone
and it
should be have a center of gravity. If something strikes the center

gravity, the whole of bone will have an effect of the blow and there
will be
danger of breaking of the whole bone.
Due to this reason the nature has provided suture between the bones

Skull so that if there is a blow to any bone of the skull the same

Nuclear Chemical Reaction of Phosphorus:
Nuclear reaction on Phosphorus Red is only possible in Copper
Cylinder. It
is also possible in bronze cylinder. But the best results can be
obtained
only in Copper Cylinder.
The Nuclear Reaction on Phosphorus can be performed in this way:
This is a copper cylinder. The red colour in it shows the presence of
red
phosphorus. The copper cylinder is filled with 100% phosphorus. This
Cylinder is to be charged with high voltage battery. With the voltage
of
750-7500 the cylinder will be hot up. The atoms of Phosphorus in the
cylinder of the same charge will have a repulsive force. As the
cylinder of
Copper will continue to heat up, the repulsion between the atoms of
Phosphorus will increase due to this the kinetic energy of the atoms
will
increase.
We are trying with the action to force the atoms of same charge of
phosphorus to fuse. With this forced on the phosphorus atoms, the
nuclear
power of phosphorus atoms will increase to such an extent, that will
appear
in a big nuclear explosion and a strong sound energy will be produced
which
can bring great destruction.

Most of the scientists say that the relation of Atomic Bomb and
Hydrogen
Bomb is with mass energy relation. They say that whenever atomic or
hydrogen
bomb explosion is carried out , the mass of atomic bomb travels with
the
speed of light, (C2) goes in to another dimension i.e. mass of atom
bomb
energizes and goes into another dimension.
Sir, I do not agree with this view. I can prove this by arguments.
Sir, when atomic blast is carried out, emission of tremendous energy
takes
place, approx. 50 million degree centigrade. By this tremendous
emission of
energy the mass of atomic bomb vaporized. First it melts on its
melting
point and then it is vaporized. This action happens so quickly that
mass of
atom bomb in a microsecond changes into the form of vapors. It
means that
mass does not energize but it is vaporized. I tell the difference
between
energizaton and vaporization. Energization is called when mass
travel with
the speed of energy/light with out any changeof its state. And then
after
the mass comes into its original form. It is said that the mass has
energized. If some bullet travels with the speed of light without
changing
its state of mass, we say that the mass of bullet is energized. In
this case
Vaporization means that matter first of all melted and changed into
the
state of vapors. The mass cannot come in the state as it was before
the
action. It means that relation of atomic explosion is not concerned
with
mass energy relation. Instead according to my view, its relation is
with
“mass vaporization relation”

on”Nuclear Fusion Reaction on non-radio active elements”.
Fusion reaction means when two light positive charges nuclei come
together
fusion reaction takes place. In radio active elements like Uranium,
two
positively charged nuclei have to be brought together for causing the
reaction. For achieving this purpose the two positive charged
particles must
have a large amount of kinetic energy for overcoming electrostatic
repulsion. As the two nuclei come close to each other, the required
kinetic
energy for overcoming repulsive force can be achieved by the process
of
heating.
In non-radio active elements like phosphorus the nuclear fusion
reaction of
phosphorus is only possible in copper cylinder. It may also be
possible in
bronze cylinder but the best results can be obtained only in copper
cylinder.
In phosphorus nuclear fusion reaction, the two light positive charged
nuclei
of phosphorus have to be brought together for causing the reaction.
When
strong constant heat is supplied to copper cylinder as result of this
the
kinetic energy increases a lot and due to this the two positively
charged
nuclei have a large amount of kinetic energy which are overcoming
electro
static repulsion as the two nuclei come close to each other. We are
trying
to force the two positively charged nuclei of phosphorus to fuse. Due
to
this fusion reaction will take place.
In the fusion reaction of Phosphorus, tremendous amount of sound
energy
will be produced which can bring great destruction. I suggest to the
scientists busy with research work on the fusion of radio active
elements
that they should also make experiments on non-radio active elements
like
phosphorus because nuclear fusion is possible on phosphorus also.
