Thriving on loyalty

Online retailers thrive on customer loyalty, indeed one might say that they can only survive if they accrue loyal customers. Writing in the International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management, Shweta Pandey and Deepak Chawla of the International Management Institute, in New Delhi have now looked at how this paradigm applies to emerging markets, given that many studies already exist for the developed world.
